Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Afghan Mall, you agree to these Terms and to use the service lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Afghan Mall’s Role

Afghan Mall is a marketplace, discovery, and communication platform. Independent shops and sellers create listings and offer products. Afghan Mall does not own or sell those products unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Afghan Mall is not a payment processor, bank, or delivery company, and is not a party to the private transaction between a buyer and seller.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting access to their account. Users may sign in through the authentication methods made available by the service. Do not share account credentials or use another person’s account without permission.

4. Shops and Sellers

Sellers may create shops, publish products, provide prices and availability, provide contact information, and indicate whether delivery is available. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their information, products, images, descriptions, prices, options, and communications with customers.

Afghan Mall may review or approve shops for platform moderation and safety. Approval is not legal, identity, business, or professional verification and is not an endorsement or guarantee.

5. Products and Listings

Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, prices, currency, availability, stock information, images, colors, sizes, and other listing details. Prices and availability may change. Afghan Mall may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms, applicable Afghan law, applicable governmental requirements, applicable Sharia-based legal requirements, or platform safety rules.

6. Order Requests

Customers may submit order requests through Afghan Mall. An order request is not the same as an online payment and does not necessarily mean that the seller has accepted the order. Afghan Mall forwards relevant request information to the shop so the seller can contact the customer.

The seller and customer arrange payment, delivery, or collection directly. Afghan Mall does not process online payments or guarantee that a seller will accept, complete, deliver, or fulfill an order request.

7. Payments

Afghan Mall does not currently process online payments and does not ask users to enter card, bank-card, or online payment credentials through the application or website. Payment arrangements are between the customer and seller. Do not send payment credentials through Afghan Mall messages.

8. Delivery

Some shops may indicate that delivery is available. Delivery, pickup, timing, cost, location, and related arrangements are made with the seller. Afghan Mall is not the delivery provider unless a specific service is expressly identified as being provided by Afghan Mall.

9. Buyer Responsibilities

Customers should review product information, confirm price and availability, ask questions where necessary, and confirm payment and delivery arrangements with the seller before proceeding. Customers are responsible for communicating accurately and responsibly.

10. Messaging and Conduct

Users must not use Afghan Mall for harassment, threats, spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, abusive behavior, malicious links, or attempts to obtain passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information. Afghan Mall does not claim that every message is manually reviewed, but may act on reports, violations, or obvious misuse.

11. Prohibited Content and Products

Users may not list, promote, request, or facilitate products or services that violate applicable Afghan law, governmental requirements, applicable Sharia-based legal requirements, safety requirements, or these Terms. Afghan Mall may remove content when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

12. User Content

Users and sellers may upload shop information, product descriptions, images, logos, and messages. Users retain their rights in content they provide, but give Afghan Mall permission to host, display, distribute, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, show listings, connect users, and promote the relevant marketplace service.

13. Intellectual Property

Afghan Mall’s name, logo, branding, website, application, original design, and original content belong to Afghan Mall or its licensors. Users may not copy, misuse, or present Afghan Mall’s intellectual property as their own without permission.

14. Ratings, Likes, and Favorites

Users must not manipulate ratings, likes, favorites, or other engagement features through fake accounts, automated systems, fraudulent activity, or coordinated abuse.

15. Moderation and Removal

Afghan Mall may remove listings, restrict accounts, remove shops, suspend access, or investigate reports when necessary because of Terms violations, illegal activity, fraud, scams, abuse, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Afghan Mall does not promise continuous manual monitoring of every listing or message.

16. Buyer and Seller Disputes

Disputes about product quality, price, payment, delivery, returns, seller conduct, or customer conduct are primarily between the relevant buyer and seller. Afghan Mall may assist with platform-related issues where appropriate, but does not guarantee resolution of private transactions.

17. Availability and Accuracy

Listings, prices, stock, and seller information can change. Afghan Mall does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Sellers remain responsible for their own listings and representations.

18. Account Termination

Users may stop using or delete their accounts where supported. Afghan Mall may restrict or terminate access, remove shops or listings, or take other appropriate action for serious or repeated violations, illegal activity, fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or legal reasons.

19. Disclaimer

Afghan Mall provides marketplace and communication tools. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Afghan Mall does not guarantee product quality, seller performance, product availability, delivery, payment arrangements, or transaction outcomes. This does not remove responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Afghanistan.

21. Changes to These Terms

Afghan Mall may update these Terms as the service, features, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page.
